Gena Bean is the founder of MindfulBoston, a meditative arts institute headquartered in Cambridge, MA. Gena focuses on the format of mindfulness that she learned at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness. Gena has been teaching stress reduction techniques since 2004.
